Our Mission OUR VISION
Our mission is to facilitate the integration, orientation and the coaching of people arriving in the State of Maine til they fully establish thier home within the State of Maine.
The Congolese Community of Maine supports people in search of affordable housing, connects them with food pantries of which basic need, facilitates first-time employment searches and childcare services. Beyond and above all a new mainer might need if not English speaker; basic English Language Acquisition and Computer skills acquisition are freely offered in bulk in languages the needy people speak.
CoCoMaine popularizes Congolese diverse cultures and values through educational workshops, social events, and public forums and promotes entrepreneurship. CoCoMaine promote the civic engagement as an important factor for threir overall integration.
We are a representation of 467 Tribes, speaking 467 dialects, this is the true meaning of diversity. We value diversity, promote equality, and challenge discrimination.

We are African Immigrants involved in helping all Immigrants regardless of their origines with the support of Maine Community at large.
